Kurtz Clothiers will not usually charge a shipping fee for regular consumer orders fulfilled through www.kurtzclothiers.com, independent of where in the world the package is shipped. In the case that shipping charges are to be charged, they will be stated. Wholesale orders and collaborative orders will incur shipping charges and will be negotiated with the recipient. All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure timely and secure delivery. Kurtz Clothiers accepts no responsibility for loss or damage during shipping. Any claims for refund based upon claims of receipt of empty packages will be dismissed out of hand. Well known scams won't fly with this company. Any such claims will result in legal proceedings against the fraudulent claimant.

Customs and Excise Duties and Charges

In an increasingly insular and protectionist global environment, importation levies, tariffs, and duties are becoming more frequent and all-encompassing. All of our products ship directly from our workshop in Australia. All orders from Kurtz Clothiers are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid. Any and all importation or customs duties and charges levied on receipt of packages sent from Kurtz Clothiers are solely and entirely the responsibility of the importer (customer), and Kurtz Clothiers accepts no responsibility for payment of these charges. Customers are advised to contact their local customs and importation authorities to familiarise themselves with any potential duties or charges.

Your purchase is fully protected by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and none of our terms and conditions of sale limit your rights under ACL.

As our products fall within the category apparel and clothing, it is critical when ordering that you check the size charts and sizing information given in the item descriptions. Ordering the correct size is critical to the smooth fulfilment of your order. Ascertaining the correct size may involve taking physical measurements from your own body, such as neck, chest and waist measurements, or arm length. For other measurements it may be better to compare our size chart to a garment you own that fits you well.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will work with you to resolve any issues. We accept returns within 7 days of the date of receipt. Should you wish to return the item for a refund, please return within 7 days of receipt in unworn condition with all labels and packaging, to the address below.
